Due to busy business demands, a head office location of a global manufacturing organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join them. You will provide HR support to the Corby site, reporting directly to the Directorship Team:
We expect the successful Human Resources Advisor to be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with HR experience within a busy manufacturing or production environment. The candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, and possess a confident, professional, and helpful manner. You will receive one-to-one support to become familiar with the company's processes and procedures. This role is ideal for those with experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or HR Coordinator.
You will join the Corby UK Head Office of a company established for over 40 years, renowned in their manufacturing field. Working directly with the Directors, this role offers variety daily.
