Human Resources Advisor

up to £19.49ph d.o.e, NN17 1QE, Part-Time two days per week (days to suit candidate), 9am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, Immediate Start, Temporary

Due to busy business demands, a head office location of a global manufacturing organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join them. You will provide HR support to the Corby site, reporting directly to the Directorship Team:

1. Updating current HR policies and procedures, and implementing any policies and procedures required for the site
2. Advising Directors of any future HR legislation changes, and planning the implementation of these changes
3. Supporting and advising Directors, Managers, and Supervisors on HR-related matters including staff training, leave entitlement, disciplinary actions, and recruitment
4. Having an in-person presence within all departments, including production, and liaising with all employees to build internal relationships
5. Performing all administration duties related to the role

We expect the successful Human Resources Advisor to be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with HR experience within a busy manufacturing or production environment. The candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, and possess a confident, professional, and helpful manner. You will receive one-to-one support to become familiar with the company's processes and procedures. This role is ideal for those with experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or HR Coordinator.

You will join the Corby UK Head Office of a company established for over 40 years, renowned in their manufacturing field. Working directly with the Directors, this role offers variety daily. The organisation is known for delivering outstanding quality products and seeks an HR Advisor committed to the same standards.
