Job Description: HR Services Coordinator
As part of the HR Shared Services Team, the HR Services Coordinator will deliver first-line support and manage day-to-day activities for the HR Team. The individual will respond to employee inquiries and leadership requests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the US HR department.
- Maintain accurate electronic personnel files and documentation in compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and country-specific legislation.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and background checks.
- Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Support employee training through Enstar’s Learning Management System.
- Provide first-line support and escalation for HR systems.
- Process employee record changes within the HRIS system.
- Prepare employee change and termination paperwork.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR processes.
- Stay updated on global HR practices.
- Assist with HR projects, including data audits and policy development.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with HR & Payroll platforms.
- Initial HR department experience.
- Experience supporting HR systems and involvement in system development.
- Ability to generate management information for business use.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and contribute to departmental operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
