Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR service and supporting colleagues across the employee lifecycle? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Services Administrator to join our HR team and help us provide a high-quality, professional first-line HR service.

As a HR Services Administrator for Avanti West Coast, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering clear, confident guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records in our HR system (People XD) and support key lifecycle processes like onboarding, contract changes, and leaver administration.
  • Manage essential admin tasks including ID cards, pension support, and visa documentation — ensuring compliance every step of the way.
  • Provide flexible HR support, protect confidentiality, and help us continuously improve how we work.
