Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is offering an HR Apprentice position to join our Human Resources team. This entry‑level role focuses on HR administration, recruitment, and gaining hands‑on experience while working toward a Level 3 admin qualification.

You will gain real‑world experience in a supportive environment, developing skills for a successful career in HR Admin, with opportunities to progress within HR or Payroll (shared services).

This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR Admin, recruitment, and Human Resourses, while gaining hands‑on experience and working towards a Level 3 admin qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee records, HR administration, and HR systems
  • Provide support across employee relations, absence management, and admin queries
  • Support HR admin on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and documentation
  • Assist with HR admin reporting and compliance tasks
