Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a versatile Human Factors Engineer to apply HF across weapon system concepting, development and research. You will lead Human Factors Integration, HCI/UX design, ergonomics, and user trials across the lifecycle, working with engineers and military users.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days on-site), a salary up to £55,000 depending on experience, and a wide benefits package. Part-time consideration may be explored.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Human Factors in the development of complex systems.
• Familiarity with Human Factors Integration and Human Factors Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HF integration across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct user experiments and trials with military users.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to optimise human–machine interaction.
