Qualifications

• Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors is required.
• Experience applying HF Integration and HF Engineering in complex systems.
• Experience in HCI/UX design and interface prototyping; ergonomic considerations.

Responsibilities

• Apply Human Factors across weapon system concepts, development and research.
• Conduct Human Factors Integration and user experiments with military users.
• Support design through life cycle focusing on human-machine interaction.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise safety, usability and performance.
• Engage with international partners on bilateral/multinational projects.
• Contribute to learning and development programmes within MBDA.
