Gold Group Limited in London (West W6) is seeking a Human Factors Consultant to join our team, helping design medical device products, services, and experiences that are safe and intuitive within the healthcare sector.

You will work with researchers, designers, and engineers to plan and deliver human factors activities, translate evidence into design direction, and build trusted client relationships, including international travel where required.

Qualifications

• Applied experience in human-centred research, human factors, ergonomics, usability, or related methods.
• Ability to plan and deliver qualitative research or usability activities with synthesis and analysis.
• Healthcare/medical device domain knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilités

• Plan, scope, and deliver human factors activities across the project lifecycle.
• Select and apply methods such as contextual inquiry, interviews, and usability studies.
• Moderate sessions and facilitate workshops in the UK and internationally.
• Analyse evidence and translate it into actionable design requirements and recommendations.
• Produce clear study protocols, plans, reports, and client presentations.
• Lead or contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams and manage scope, budgets, and risks.
• Build trusted client relationships and support business development.
