Job summary

PDD Innovation Limited is seeking a mid-to-senior consultant to help clients create safe, intuitive and desirable products, services and experiences. You will work with researchers, designers and engineers to plan and deliver people-centred research, translate evidence into design and business direction, and build strong client relationships.

The role offers flexibility between human factors, usability and qualitative research, with higher ownership of complex global projects at senior level.

Qualifications

• Experience applying human-centred research methods in commercial or consultancy settings.
• Ability to plan and deliver qualitative research across project lifecycles.
• Strong ability to translate evidence into design or business direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope and deliver research and usability work across the project lifecycle.
• Moderate sessions and facilitate workshops in the UK and internationally.
• Analyze qualitative evidence and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Lead or contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams and manage scope, budgets and risks.
• Build trusted client relationships and shape proposals with BD colleagues.
