Phillips is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager in London to own the lifecycle marketing program, building automated, data-driven communications across Email, SMS, and Push channels. The role uses HubSpot to deliver personalized communications that drive engagement, bidding participation, and consignments.

You will work hands-on on journey development while owning lifecycle performance and automation quality, collaborating with Product, Data, and Tech teams to ensure data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing required.
• Experience with analytics platforms and data-driven marketing.

• Design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys and event-triggered communications.
• Develop and maintain a lifecycle journey roadmap aligned to auction timelines and business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scale automated communications.
• Own CRM workflows, segmentation logic, and audience triggers based on data.
• Monitor lifecycle performance and derive insights to improve engagement and participation.
• Define and run a testing plan for journey timing, segments, messaging, and channels.
• Collaborate to ensure data integrity, event tracking, and system integrations.
• Audit workflows, triggers, segmentation, and campaigns; resolve issues with partners.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and unsubscribe trends.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support CRM campaign execution and deployment as needed.
• Maintain documentation of journeys, workflows, and logic.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance standards.
