Job summary

Valtech, the experience innovation company, is seeking a Hub Support Engineer based in Bengaluru, India. You will own end-to-end IT service management for Salesforce clouds and drive incident resolution.

The role requires 6+ years in IT service/consulting with agile experience, strong collaboration across geographies, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. This position offers remote/hybrid options and opportunities to shape customer experiences.

Qualifications

• ITIL-based incident and problem management in a multi-cloud CRM/Commerce/Marketing environment.
• Strong Salesforce Core, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud knowledge.
• Experience managing SLA-driven support across stakeholders.
• Analytical and KPI reporting skills; able to present dashboards.
• Excellent facilitation and cross-geography communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end problem management across all Salesforce clouds.
• Act as escalation hub between L2/L3 and shared resources.
• Monitor SLA performance and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate major incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Analyze incident trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate weekly project committees and monthly steering reports.
• Ensure ITSM tooling data quality.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration across ERP, POS, middleware, security.
• Support knowledge management and capacity planning.
• Support security-incident coordination with info security teams.
