• Understanding of web services, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related tools.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
