New Wine in Twickenham is seeking someone passionate about empowering youth aged 11-18. This role involves planning and overseeing weekly activities, supporting young people through life transitions, and fostering genuine community among them.
The position aims to inspire faith and connect youth to the wider mission of the church while ensuring their pastoral needs are met. If you have experience working with young people and a heart for ministry, we want to hear from you!
In line with our vision, we are seeking the right person to take on this exciting opportunity to enhance our youth provision by helping our young people (aged 11-18) grow as disciples with a "living faith in Jesus".
This includes overseeing, planning and participating in weekly youth activities, walking young people through key transitions (Kids to Youth in Year 6, younger to older youth, and sixth form into adulthood), building genuine community among them, and offering pastoral care that takes seriously the pressures they face today. You'll also inspire young people to live out and share their faith, connect them to the wider life and mission of the church, and commit to holding our volunteers and young people regularly in prayer.
We are a contemporary, thriving, Anglican church, with many children and adults of all ages, worshipping together each Sunday.
