Job summary

We are seeking a proactive Assurance role to support behavioural safety culture, deliver internal safety and quality audits, and maintain ISO accreditations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting internal safety & quality audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 and 18001.
• Ability to develop strategies, policies and guidelines for wellbeing in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a functional behavioural safety culture.
• Assist in delivery of internal safety & quality audits.
• Be an active member of the Assurance team on the contract and develop a positive culture.
• Support the development of the Assurance strategy and objectives.
• Assist in maintaining accreditation to ISO 9001/45001/14001/18001.
• Develop and roll out wellbeing-in-workplace policies and guidelines.
• Represent the OCS UK account at Stakeholder forums as required.
• Produce regular reports on HSEW performance for internal and external audiences.
• Support compliance of supply chain partners with site HSEW requirements.
• Support the delivery of contract deliverables.
• Foster collaborative relationships with customer HSEW reps.
• Update and manage site-based aspects and impacts register.

About The Role:

• Support the creation of a functional behavioural safety culture that embraces and supports Health, Safety and Wellbeing principles and goals.
• Support the accounts combined Assurance audit plan by assisting in the delivery of internal safety & quality audits, as required.
• Be an active member of the Assurance team on the contract providing inspiring leadership and developing a positive culture.
• Support the development of the Assurance strategy and objectives for the contract.
• Support the continued accreditation to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 on the contract.
• Support on the development and roll out of strategies, policies and guidelines which will enable an inclusive approach, that embraces mental and physical wellbeing in the workplace.
• Represent the OCS UK account at Stakeholder forums as required.
• Produce regular reports from data metrics for Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing performance, to both internal and external audience
• Support for supply chain partners compliance, and ensuring they comply with site HSEW requirements.
• Support the manage of the delivery of contract deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and improve collaborative working relationships with the customer HSEW representatives to ensure mutual trust and respect based on superior service delivery.
• Responsibility for update and management of the site-based aspects and impacts register, including action management.
