The role reports to operational management, coordinates HSEQ training, prepares performance reports and works with regulators and customers to uphold high standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead health, safety, environmental and quality compliance across site operations.
• Monitor compliance with environmental permits, legislation and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and accident or near-miss investigations.
• Maintain ISO management systems, certifications and associated documentation.
• Coordinate HSEQ meetings, training and improvement programmes.
• Prepare reports, analyse performance and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulators, external auditors, customers and other stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the HSEQ Officer, supporting their professional development.
