Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join a busy recycling operation. You will work with operations to uphold health and safety, environmental compliance, and quality, leading audits and incident investigations while maintaining management systems.

You will coordinate trainings, drive safety culture, prepare reports, and liaise with regulators and customers. This role involves developing the HSEQ Officer and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating health, safety, environmental and quality programs.
• Experience leading site audits and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, environmental and quality compliance across site operations.
• Monitor environmental permits, legislation and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and accident or near-miss investigations.
• Maintain ISO management systems, certifications and documentation.
• Coordinate HSEQ meetings, training and improvement programmes.
• Prepare reports, analyse performance and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulators, external auditors, customers and stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the HSEQ Officer and their development.
