Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren, a UK-based land, environmental and geospatial consultancy, is seeking a proactive HSEQ Lead to maintain Health & Safety, Risk Management, Business Continuity and Compliance frameworks across the business.

You will lead governance, assurance and compliance activities, drive continuous improvement, manage audits and accreditations, and provide expert guidance on emerging risks and regulatory changes to the senior team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSEQ frameworks across a business.
• Proven ability to manage audits, risk assessments and investigations.
• Knowledge of business continuity, crisis management and supplier assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Health and Safety Management System and incident investigations.
• Oversee risk management framework and vendor assurance.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across the company.
• Deliver risk and compliance reporting to SLT and Exec.
• Coordinate external audits and accreditations.
