Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a proactive Compliance, Risk and Safety Lead to drive Health & Safety, risk, and compliance across the business. You will lead governance, assurance and reporting, work with executives to address emerging risks, and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations across the organisation.

You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting safe and legally compliant operations and contributing to strategic objectives with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Health & Safety, risk and compliance frameworks across the business.
• Experience ensuring compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to manage risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and enhance Health & Safety Management System including risk assessments and investigations.
• Ensure governance and record-keeping for safety audits, incident logs, inspections and registers.
• Provide data-driven compliance reporting for senior leadership and committees.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance including H&S legislation and industry standards.
• Own and maintain the organisation-wide Risk Management Framework and supplier assurance processes.
• Support tender/submission processes to meet compliance requirements.
• Oversee Business Continuity and Crisis Governance with the Compliance & Audit Manager.
• Lead wider compliance function to support the business across governance and assurance.
• Offer subject matter expertise on emerging risks and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities and IT for risk and safety alignment.
