Job summary

Tec Partners Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to drive Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance across office and UK-wide sites. This role requires strong operational credibility in engineering, manufacturing, or field environments and close collaboration with senior leadership to embed a proactive safety and quality culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ across office and UK operational sites
• Manage and develop integrated systems aligned to: ISO9001, ISO14001 & 45001
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments, RAMS, audits, and site inspections
• Manage contractor safety, including RAMS review and permit-to-work systems
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Deliver HSEQ training and promote a positive safety culture
• Monitor performance, report trends, and drive continuous improvement
