IAA in Winsford is seeking a proactive HSEQ Coordinator to support and coordinate Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality activities across the business. Reporting to Head of HSEQ, you will help ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements while promoting continuous improvement.

This role involves collaborating with site teams and managers to maintain records, drive audits, and deliver safety communications.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating health, safety, environmental or compliance activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.

Mansioni

• Maintain HSEQ training matrix and records with accuracy.
• Support compliance monitoring against legislation and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate actions from audits, inspections and reviews.
• Assist with incident investigations and track corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor HSEQ objectives and improvement plans.
• Review safety alerts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute HSEQ communications and awareness materials.
• Assist with risk assessments alongside managers and subject matter experts.
• Support the internal audit programme and follow-up actions.
• Maintain environmental records and monitor processes.
