Job summary

RB Global is seeking a proactive HSEQ Coordinator in Winsford to support and coordinate Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality activities across our business. Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, you will focus on compliance with legal and contractual requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting health, safety, environmental or compliance activities.
• Experience coordinating projects, actions and improvement initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSEQ training matrix and records with accuracy.
• Support compliance monitoring against HSEQ legislation and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate actions from audits, inspections and investigations.
• Assist with incident investigations and track corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor HSEQ objectives and improvement plans.
• Review safety alerts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute HSEQ communications and updates.
• Assist with risk assessments alongside managers and SMEs.
• Support internal audit scheduling, documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain waste management records and environmental compliance.
• Produce and maintain accurate HSEQ reports.
