Job summary

IFF is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety administrative coordinator for our on-site team in Haverhill, UK. You will provide daily support to the EHS function, manage records, and help coordinate training and incidents to ensure compliance and a positive safety culture.

You will work closely with production staff and management, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while striving for continuous improvement and practical EHS enhancements on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination or operational support roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in Environmental, Health & Safety and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the EHS function.
• Maintain EHS records, training documentation and compliance data.
• Coordinate Health & Safety training activities and occupational health appointments.
• Support reporting, tracking and follow-up of incidents and corrective actions.
• Prepare EHS reports, presentations and performance metrics for site leadership.
• Assist with workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments across the site.
