Job summary

G.Network Communications seeks an HSEQ Advisor to support the Head of HSEQ, lead the implementation of management systems, and ensure compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001 in a London-area setting.

You will monitor performance with metrics, advise stakeholders to drive continual improvement, and ensure regulatory, legislative and corporate compliance while developing KPI-driven initiatives across business units.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Membership with IOSH or equivalent CPD evidence is required.
• Demonstrable HSEQ experience in a comparable industry.
• Proven track record delivering HSEQ objectives.
• Ability to set and meet stretch targets.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Persuasive with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and change leadership skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with data systems for collection, analysis and reporting.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the HSEQ strategy, KPIs and objectives.
• Support the HSEQ Management System and governance, ensuring ISO alignment.
• Ensure regulatory, legislative and corporate compliance.
• Lead initiatives to drive continual improvement and culture change.
• Analyse data, produce relevant reports and drive targeted prevention.
• Investigate incidents and ensure regulatory notifications when needed.
• Review training needs to meet business requirements.
• Support business units to meet HSEQ system requirements.
• Communicate and engage with units to implement strategy.
• Provide leadership for HSEQ across G.Network and partners.
• Ensure lessons learned from audits are communicated and implemented.
• Coordinate regular HSEQ communications and audits.
• Support incident investigations and promote HSEQ initiatives.
• Conduct site inspections and joint tours.
• Responsible for the audit programme and external stakeholder management.
