Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a proactive HSEQ Advisor in Bury St Edmunds to provide specialist advice on safety, environmental matters, and CDM compliance across the region, helping managers and contractors stay aligned with policies.

You will travel regionally, apply NEBOSH standards, interpret health and safety legislation, and support incident investigations while promoting a collaborative, detail‑oriented safety culture within the Claret department.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General as a minimum requirement; NEBOSH Construction desirable.
• CDM knowledge/experience.
• Experience interpreting and applying Health & Safety legislation.
• Proven experience conducting or supporting incident/near miss investigations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, timely safety and environmental advice to managers and staff.
• Influence site managers to ensure CDM compliance with legislation and best practice.
• Monitor compliance with procedures and review safety and environmental performance.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation and developments in the field.
• Support HSEQ team and promote learning and collaboration.
