Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking a dedicated HSEQ Advisor to join the central HSEQ Team, supporting one of our regional contracts. You will promote compliance, manage document control and ensure system compliance across the business.

This role requires strong H&S background, NEBOSH or equivalent, and a proactive approach to reporting, investigations and training compliance. A full UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong CDM knowledge.
• H&S qualification such as NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in Utilities or Construction sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained and address issues immediately.
• Complete verification inspections and follow up on closures of findings.
• Support accident and incident investigations and promote quality reporting.
• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts/conditions and positive interventions.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on achievements and issues.
• Drive close out of corrective actions from Compliance and external audits.
• Compile accident/incident stats and attend client meetings.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and systems.
• Promote safe behaviours on-site and in offices.
• Support training and competency requirements to meet high training compliance.
• Assist with accreditations (ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001) as needed.
• Contribute to milestone delivery and strategy on contracts.
• Be proactive in learning about Network Plus products/services.
