Job Title: HSEQT Advisor

Circet Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced HSEQT Advisor to support various projects and ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environment Management systems.

This role involves assisting site teams and managers by identifying hazards, minimizing risks, and maintaining high standards of HSEQT, ensuring all legal obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the HSEQT Management system in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure statutory compliance and report on management system performance.
• Promote customer requirements and support the HSEQT strategy for continual improvement.
• Monitor operations to ensure legal compliance and provide advice on HSEQT matters.
• Oversee site compliance, develop initiatives, and support the development of HSEQT targets and KPIs.
• Complete documentation such as Construction Stage Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and external audits for ISO standards.
• Assist with Occupational Health issues and incident investigations.
• Monitor working hours and promote best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Level 7 Degree or equivalent qualification.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in civil engineering or telecommunications environments.
• Strong communication, reporting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• CSCS Card and a passion for HSEQT.
