Job Description: HSE Site Supervisor 01/05/2025

We seek an HSE Site Supervisor for our M Renewables Division in the UK. This role involves fostering a safety culture and ensuring project delivery without incidents across UK sites.

Your responsibilities include:

• Implementing HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information for compliance.
• Reviewing project drawings and Construction Phase Plans to address safety issues.
• Maintaining H&S files, including risk and environmental assessments.
• Developing emergency plans, traffic management, and fire regulation compliance.
• Leading HSE initiatives, managing subcontractor H&S, and coordinating emergency procedures.
• Conducting accident investigations and reporting findings with recommendations.
• Monitoring site fuel, waste, and water levels, taking necessary actions.

Qualifications and skills:

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or equivalent
• Valid First Aid at Work (FAW) certification
• ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor (preferred)
• At least 2 years in HSE in construction, electrical, or related fields
• Experience in solar/renewables sector (preferred)
• Valid driving license
• Self-motivated team player with leadership skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
