Job summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Manager to lead and develop the HSE and Quality functions across a manufacturing operation. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own compliance, drive risk reduction and implement sustainable improvements with real business value.

This role offers significant autonomy in a dynamic manufacturing environment and requires hands-on, proactive leadership to foster a safe, compliant and high-quality operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health, Safety and/or Quality management within manufacturing, engineering or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and Quality Management principles.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Health, Safety and Quality systems.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and investigations.
• Drive corrective actions to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Develop and manage the Quality Management System and related processes.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, driving improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and reduce waste.
