Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an HSEQ Manager (Manufacturing) to lead Health and Safety (and elements of Quality) in a niche SME manufacturing environment. The role offers high autonomy, freedom to implement changes, and a path to establish yourself as a specialist in the field.

You will drive process improvements, lead safety initiatives, and oversee quality aspects within a small team, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week and excellent development opportunities.

£60,000 - £65,000 + Training + Progression + Highly Autonomous + Pension + Holiday
Office Based: Commutable from Luton, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Watford, Aylesbury, and surrounding areas

Are you a confident leader from a Health and Safety background with experience within manufacturing or engineering, who is looking to join a rapidly growing environmentally conscious manufacturer in a highly autonomous technical role which you can make your own?

On offer is role with freedom and autonomy to lead yourself, taking on new challenges and implementing changes to establish yourself as a specialist in the field and to make your mark on a well-established SME.

This company have a headcount of around 70 people and specialise in the manufacture of niche environmentally friendly products. They are looking for a strong leader to take charge, improve and maintain the Health and Safety and Quality functions in the business.

On offer is a role with a great level of autonomy, where you will lead the Health and Safety function with elements of Quality as well, working within an SME Manufacturer.

The role would suit someone who is confident leading change, as well as a background in Health and Safety Management within the Engineering or Manufacturing sector.

The Role:
