Job summary

TK Elevator seeks a Health, Safety Environmental and Quality Manager to supervise on-site HSE for London projects. You will ensure legal compliance, lead HSE processes, and provide subject matter expertise. This role reports to the HS2 Project Director and drives continuous improvement across safety and quality standards.

You will manage audits, training, risk assessments, and incident investigations while coordinating with UK teams to embed HSE policies into daily project execution.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (minimum L3).
• Experience with general health and safety systems.
• Audits to ISO45001 and RCA investigations experience.
• Ability to lead in-house training for managers and staff.
• Proficient IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Lifts, rigging and lifts/escalators installation experience.
• Strong customer-focused relationships at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, energetic and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily on-site HSE presence during installation and high-risk activities.
• Lead HSE processes across site activities, setting goals, monitoring, reporting.
• Drive continuous HSE improvement to reduce hazards and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical HSE expertise including risk assessments and SWMS/RAMS reviews.
• Manage audits, inspections, reporting, forecasting, corrective actions and plans.
• Coordinate HSE training and competency with UK Training Manager.
• Represent TK Elevator in meetings, client discussions and investigations.
• Coordinate with Site Managers to integrate HSE policies into project execution.
