Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HSE Program Manager to drive Safety First culture across E&R and Consumer businesses. The role focuses on strategic projects, digital innovation, training and performance improvement to build safer, smarter and more sustainable operations.

The position involves reviewing safety data, engaging senior leaders, coordinating training and ensuring compliance while traveling to operational sites as required. A long-term career in H&S is encouraged.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Reviewing safety performance data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Working with senior leaders to deliver key HSE projects and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitating HSE engagement sessions across the network.
• Supporting new business tenders and operational implementations with HSE planning.
• Coordinating training programmes and working with external providers to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, risk, HR and communications to promote a strong Safety First culture.

• Highly organised individual with strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in Health & Safety and a desire to develop a long-term career within the H&S profession.
• Experience of working with management systems, including maintaining records, monitoring compliance and supporting continuous improvement activities.
• Confident and professional communicator, with the ability to deliver presentations, facilitate meetings and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, produce reports and support informed decision-making.
• Willing and able to travel to operational sites as required to support business needs.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and safety.
