Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Officer (Manufacturing & Assembly) based at the Head Office. The role focuses on providing expert HSE guidance, ensuring safe practices across office, site and fabrication teams, and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Hours are Mon-Thu 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-3pm. Salary is competitive and depends on experience. Reporting to the HSE (M&A) Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safe systems of work and RAMS.
• Conduct HSE inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and inductions.
• Plan and review emergency preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with current HSE legislation and company IMS.
