DHL Supply Chain is launching a new Waitrose contract in Avonmouth. As HSE Manager, you will shape the site's safety culture, implement innovative processes and ensure colleagues return home safely every day.

Qualifications

• Safeful HSE leadership experience in transport/warehousing environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting new site start-ups or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE activities for a new DHL operation and build a Safety First culture from day one.
• Drive HSE projects, implement safe systems, and deliver training across transport and warehousing.
• Partner with leaders to ensure compliance, manage audits and embed a proactive safety culture.
