Job summary

Cicor Newport, part of Cicor Group, invites applications for an HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental standards across the site. You will set strategic frameworks, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining Zero Harm culture.

Responsibility includes overseeing audits, ISO certification programs, and safety training, with liaison to management and external authorities to ensure compliance and robust HSE performance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years in an HSE management role, with an industrial background.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HSE legislation, guidance and best practice.
• Experience implementing external management systems ISO and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the competent HSE resource for the site General Manager on all aspects of HSE.
• Represent the site with internal/external HSE authorities, stakeholders and customers.
• Develop the site management system to meet ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Lead HSE incident investigations and track actions to closure.
• Coach the management team in Corporate HSE Programs and site safety plans.
