Cabot Corporation is recruiting a SH&E Officer to drive a proactive safety culture at a Wales site. You will support the SH&E Manager, lead audits and behavioural safety activities, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001/14001 and UK regulations.

Strong field engagement is essential. The role involves incident investigations, risk assessments, contractor management, and maintenance of SH&E systems across Intelex, SharePoint and eLearning platforms.

Qualificações

• NEBOSH/ISEP General Certificate (or equivalent) preferred; IOSH Managing Safely minimum.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and best practices.
• Experience in risk assessment, COSHH, LOTO, permit-to-work and life-critical controls.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Cabot SH&E policies and maintain plant standards, procedures and risk assessments.
• Lead and support SH&E audits, inspections and behavioural safety conversations.
• Produce audit reports, assign actions, and verify closure in Intelex.
