Job summary

Barhale Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environmental activities across regional projects. You will report to the Head of HSE, guide Advisors, and support site teams in minimising risks while upholding Barhale’s high standards.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent), strong English communication, and extensive HSE exposure in civil engineering. Expect responsibilities in statistics, client liaison, and incident investigations, with a

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is required.
• CEnv or equivalent is preferred, ideally ISEP.
• Extensive HSE experience in a civil engineering environment is essential.
• Strong written English and good communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote Occupational Health & Wellbeing regionally.
• Provide HSE advice to Advisors and Site Teams.
• Collaborate with clients and attend HSE Forums.
• Produce regional HSE statistics and identify trends.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
