Ceto Talent is recruiting an experienced HSE Engineer to join a major Tier 1 EPC project in North Wales, near Chester. You will support development, management and continuous improvement of the project safety management system across the EPIC lifecycle.

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will lead HSE risk activities, conduct audits, investigations and ensure compliance with CDM and regulatory requirements while coordinating HSE deliverables on site.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Experience with HSE risk management processes including HAZOP, HAZID and formal Risk Assessments.
• Experience with CDM Regulations and HSE documentation on construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan, define and supervise HSE procedures at project and construction level.
• Lead HSE risk management activities including HAZOP/HAZID and risk assessments.
• Support compliance with contractual, regulatory HSE requirements and CDM regulations.
• Plan and conduct internal HSE audits and maintain HSE documentation.
• Lead incident investigations and determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Review supplier/subcontractor HSE documentation for compliance.
• Provide cover for HSE Trainer, Permit to Work Officer, and HSE Officer duties.
• Monitor HSE performance and KPIs across the project lifecycle.
