Job summary

Ceto Talent is recruiting an experienced HSE Engineer to join a Tier 1 EPC contractor on a major UK carbon capture energy infrastructure project. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the project safety management system across EPIC lifecycle, with emphasis on HSE assurance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will lead HSE risk activities (HAZOP/HAZID), conduct audits, support CDM documentation, investigate incidents and coordinate KPI

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification or equivalent engineering qualification.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, define and supervise HSE procedures at project and construction level.
• Lead HSE risk management activities including HAZOP/HAZID and risk assessments.
• Support compliance with contractual, regulatory and CDM HSE requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal HSE audits and prepare HSE files/documentation.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and determine root causes.
