Job summary

Saipem in the United Kingdom is seeking an HSE Engineer to support the ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will develop, manage and improve the safety management system across EPIC phases, reporting to the Project HSE manager.

You will lead risk management activities including HAZOP, HAZID and other risk assessment processes, conduct internal HSE audits, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualification in HSE or engineering field, Nebosh Diploma.
• 3–7 years in Oil & Gas and onshore projects with construction design regulation and survey/investigation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, define and supervise HSE procedures at project and construction level

• Records, coordinates and monitors HSE Performance and KPI's

Job description

Purpose of the position: As HSE Engineer you will report to the Project HSE manager. You will ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage).

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities::

What are we looking for?

• Education: Qualification in HSE or engineering related field, Neboshdiploma
• Experience: 3-7 years in the Oil&Gasindustry and onshore projects with activities in construction design regulation management and survery/investigation
