Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for our Lomondgate Production Facility in Scotland. You will implement and continually improve our Health, Safety and Environmental management systems while ensuring compliance with UK HSE legislation and ISO standards.

You will lead investigations, conduct risk assessments, and drive improvements by coaching teams, delivering training and maintaining strong safety performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Compliance with UK HSE legislation and internal frameworks (ISO 45001/14001/50001)
• Lead incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Coach stakeholders, train HSE staff, and drive improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and maintain registers for UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
• Lead incident investigations including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Develop, share, and train on risk assessments; conduct site inspections and safety observations
• Promote proactive safety culture through coaching, training, KPI tracking and HSE committee leadership
