Job summary

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) in Great Yarmouth is seeking an HSE Advisor to promote a proactive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with site leaders and employees, providing expert guidance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the HSE management system.

About the Role

As an HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across our manufacturing operations in Great Yarmouth. Working closely with operational leaders and employees, you will provide expert HSE guidance, support legal compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time engaging with employees across multiple sites, identifying opportunities to reduce risk, supporting incident investigations, delivering HSE initiatives and helping to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
