Job summary

NOV is looking for an HSE Advisor to promote a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across our manufacturing operations in Great Yarmouth. You will work with operational leaders to provide expert guidance, support legal compliance and drive the ongoing improvement of the HSE management system.

This hands-on role involves engaging with employees across sites, identifying risk, supporting investigations and delivering HSE initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant working environment,

About the Role

As an HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across our manufacturing operations in Great Yarmouth. Working closely with operational leaders and employees, you will provide expert HSE guidance, support legal compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll spend time engaging with employees across multiple sites, identifying opportunities to reduce risk, supporting incident investigations, delivering HSE initiatives and helping to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
