Job summary

Wren Kitchens is recruiting for an HSE Administrator to support health, safety and environmental processes at our Barton factory. The role is a five-day week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30, based on site.

The successful candidate will handle data entry, maintain records of incidents, manage master trackers and oversee HSE communications while working in a diverse environment. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required, with IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualifications desirable.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Proficient in Word and Excel and have good computer skills.
• General health and safety knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and database management
• Ensure all accident, incident and near miss records are kept up to date
• Ensure site notice boards are reviewed and updated
• Take charge of the master tracker
• Oversee HSE email account
• General photocopying, scanning and filing
• Other general duties may be required
