A Civil Engineering degree and a valid CSCS card are essential, along with a willingness to learn and work safely within multidisciplinary teams; salary £33,000–£38,000 with a £4,700 car allowance and

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline is essential.
• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Potential for graduate or developing Site Engineer with interest in civil projects.
• Strong ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Good communication within a multidisciplinary team and a proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support setting out and delivery of earthworks, drainage and civil works.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements and quality checks.
• Coordinate with Site Agents and subcontractors to drive programmes.
• Support quality assurance, site records and issue resolution.
• Promote safe working practices and environmental compliance.
