Job summary

Noble Recruiting is seeking a HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator to optimise the HRIT platform, drive data quality, and deliver insightful reporting. You will partner with IT, IIP and People and Culture to implement dashboards, automated reports and robust KPIs for operational needs.

The role requires hands-on experience with HR systems, Power BI, and data governance, with opportunities to train colleagues and shape system adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience of developing Power BI reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR systems.
• CIPP Level 5 qualification or close to completion.
• Experience producing bespoke reports from HRIT systems.
• Experience developing dashboards and BO reports.
• Ability to be accurate, methodical and organised.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and IRIS Cascade.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIT system administration and data quality.
• Produce KPI data and bespoke HR reports for People Business Partners.
• Develop dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
• Audit HRIT usage and ensure UK compliance.
• Coach HR colleagues on KPI reporting.
• Create process flows for legal requirements.
• Respond to queries as HR systems SME.
• Support statutory reporting such as ONS surveys.
• Ad hoc project work for Transactional HR Services.
