Location: JD Sports Fashion PLC, Hollins Brook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, BL9 8RR.

Working in a large project team of SME’s, implementing a new Human Resources system for more than 26k employees. Working closely with the Programme and Project Managers to maintain key administrative duties.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Record meeting minutes, actions and decisions
  • Maintain action log, adding new actions and updating existing ones
  • Calendar/Diary management
  • Stakeholder communication
    • Summarising key project updates accurately
    • Monitor action updates and identify potential risks
  • Assist the HRIS support desk by answering end user queries by phone and via a ticket system
  • Reviewing tickets and categorising them for analytic purposes

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

  • Previous experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong proven experience of customer service delivery
  • Experience in use of Microsoft packages including:
    • Teams
    • Word
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Outlook
