Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an HRIS specialist to optimise HR information systems, drive configuration and data analysis, and support HR processes across the UK sites.

You will build reports and dashboards, manage data integrity and audits, and lead HRIS projects with external vendors while training users and improving processes.

The role is based in the UK with a focus on delivering accurate HR analytics and streamlined HR workflows across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and administration.
• Experience with HRIS configuration, implementation and testing.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling.
• Ability to train users and support HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage ad-hoc HRIS reporting and bespoke reports.
• Serve as primary technical contact for HRIS inquiries.
• Handle configuration, data imports, integrations, and testing.
• Own end-to-end processes and workflows from test to live.
• Develop HR dashboards on turnover, headcount, and compensation.
• Provide user training and documentation.
• Lead HRIS projects and coordinate with external vendors.
• Ensure data integrity and monthly audits across HR systems.
• Support annual HR activities with data accuracy checks.
