Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking an HRIS SME (SuccessFactors SME) based at our London Headquarter Office to support the Group Central Support team. The role focuses on ensuring the HRIS platform is designed, configured and governed to deliver best-in-class HR processes aligned to the global people strategy.

You will lead functional design and quality across defined modules, translate HR requirements into scalable solutions, advise HR stakeholders, balance global standardisation with local needs,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with HRIS platforms and systems configuration.
• Ability to manage and interpret HR data for insights.
• Proven capability to configure and governance of HRIS processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional authority for SuccessFactors (SME).
• Lead functional design and quality across HRIS modules.
• Advise HR stakeholders and balance global standards with local needs.
• Ensure governance and capability of HR community to leverage the system.
• Line manage a HRIS Business Analyst and build functional capability.
