Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking an HRIS Tech Lead on a 1-year fixed-term contract in London. You will steer the technical design, integration, and delivery of the SuccessFactors platform to support a globally distributed HR operating model.

You will collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring security, governance and audit readiness across the HRIS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong expertise in HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience delivering integrations across global platforms.
• Knowledge of security, governance and compliance frameworks is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to quantify success.
• Strong time management and cross-cultural communication skills.
