Job summary

Pontoon is seeking an experienced HRIS/HCM Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team on a 6-month assignment. You will lead deployment of a cutting-edge people analytics SaaS platform within the utilities sector, ensuring a smooth rollout from start to finish.

This role offers hybrid working between Warwick and London, with remote options, and a day rate of £600 umbrella. You will liaise between the SaaS provider and the project team, manage delivery plans, data mapping with SAP

Qualifications

Proven experience leading or coordinating enterprise SaaS implementations in HR.
Strong project delivery skills from planning to go-live, with risk management.
Experience working with external vendors and internal teams to remove blockers.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of the people analytics SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth rollout.
Act as primary liaison between the SaaS provider and the project delivery team.
Develop a detailed delivery plan including change management and adoption strategies.
Document product requirements, design, and configuration; assist with user support docs.
Collaborate on SAP SuccessFactors data structures for data mapping and integrations.
Support governance, controls, and privacy planning throughout the implementation.
Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
