Job summary

Pontoon is seeking an experienced HRIS/HCM Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team on a 6-month assignment. You will lead deployment of a cutting-edge people analytics SaaS platform within the utilities sector, ensuring a smooth rollout from start to finish.

This role offers hybrid working between Warwick and London, with remote options, and a day rate of £600 umbrella. You will liaise between the SaaS provider and the project team, manage delivery plans, data mapping with SAP

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or coordinating enterprise SaaS implementations in HR.
• Strong project delivery skills from planning to go-live, with risk management.
• Experience working with external vendors and internal teams to remove blockers.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the people analytics SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth rollout.
• Act as primary liaison between the SaaS provider and the project delivery team.
• Develop a detailed delivery plan including change management and adoption strategies.
• Document product requirements, design, and configuration; assist with user support docs.
• Collaborate on SAP SuccessFactors data structures for data mapping and integrations.
• Support governance, controls, and privacy planning throughout the implementation.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Role: HRIS/HCM Implementation Consultant

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Warwick/London - Remote

Rate: £600 pd (umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Implementation: Support and help lead the deployment of the people analytics SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth rollout.
• Collaborative Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the SaaS provider and the project delivery team, fostering collaboration to drive implementation progress.
• Comprehensive Planning: Establish a detailed delivery plan that encompasses change management and adoption strategies.
• Documentation Excellence: Support the documentation of overall product requirements, design, and configuration, while collaborating on user support documentation.
• Data Expertise: Work closely with SAP SuccessFactors data structures to facilitate data mapping and integrations.
• Governance and Security: Support data governance, controls, and privacy planning to ensure compliance throughout the implementation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders, translating technical topics into clear business insights.

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential:

• Proven experience in leading or coordinating the implementation of enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly within HR or related business systems.
• Strong project delivery skills with a knack for managing plans, risks, and cross-functional actions through to go-live.
• Experience working collaboratively with external software vendors and internal teams to resolve blockers and drive progress.
• Practical understanding of HR systems and people data to coordinate requirements and testing activities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with IT teams on solution design and security considerations.

Desirable:

• Experience implementing HR technology, HCM, or people analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central data concepts.
• Knowledge of workforce analytics SaaS platforms like Visier, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience in change management and training activities.
